Kinda Black
More details

The idea arose after 20 years of performing in the cover circuit, and the meeting of Brian Frasier-Moore (drummer of: Madonna, Christina Aguilera and Justin Timberlake). A cover band with the same vision, and appearance as the great American shows from the likes of Rihanna, Usher and Justin Timberlake.

The idea began in 2006 and in 2008 the raw/first version of Kinda Black jumped on stage. But was nowhere near what it later would be. For 4 years, the project stopped, but in 2012 the idea was converted in actual act with the necessary auditions, rejections, criticism but also many words of praise.
After a year and a half of auditions, Kinda Black for the first time entered the studio .... ready for a journey with love, passion, determination, vision and musicality. After a number of months rehearsing they finally gained a dance crew conducted by choreographer: Ruben "Chi" Verhoeven.
The repertoire is ready, the show created so it is time to perform! ... Kinda BLack would like to see you on one of the concerts.

Kingsley
More details

Kingsley is an energetic, experienced and versatile coverband. Over the past few years have they proven themselves in the bigger pubs and music bars in the country, and with the same ease they use their enthusiasm for company events and the regional Village Festivals. Small, large or mega, the men of Kingsley don’t care.

With a versatile repertoire, Kingsley can always respond to what the audience likes. Thus, they are not only familiar with the best hits of now, but there are also many timeless classics (in some cases translated into cool medleys) on the setlist. To give you an idea, Kingsley plays from AC/DC to Bruno Mars, via Armin van Buuren to U2, Kensington and Jesse J: the music of Kingsley is characterized by a surprising diversity. The repertoire has one thing in common: the public goes all the way.

Komen Lopen
More details

Komen lopen ("Came Walking") is unique! Only one double bass, one guitar, one drum and three voices. That's all the three brothers Ruud, Wijnand and Maarten van der Meer need, to make the insanely happen.

In the past years, they developed into a strong acoustic cover band: hundreds of gigs of America, non-obvious repertoire and a delightful, disarming presentation ... Let yourself be surprised and come running!

L.ove A.nd N.ew E.ncouraged S.tories

The boys were formed in Sep 18, and released their first track ‘Taking Me Over’ in February of this year ... the track received praise from Absolute Radios Pete Donaldson and Radio X’ Gordon Smart.

The boys first gig at The Good Mixer in Camden in April followed ~ and went down a storm. The place was packed to the rafters and the crowd were singing the boys tune back to them.

The lads are coming off the back of a double release ‘See The Sun’ and ‘MSI’ ~ which was a return to the idea of B sides from yesteryear.

The lads wanted to give their fans more food for thought and give them a surprise bonus track as a thank you for their support.

The boys returned to solidify their support on a local level by selling out the The Dublin Castle in Camden on the 24/5/19 (only their second show - and were the first band since ‘Madness’ in the 80s to be offered a residency there) - the chaps returning to the studio in July and are set to play the following gigs:

22/7/19 - The Waterhole in Amsterdam

16/8/19 - 229 Great Portland Street ~

After that the plan is to head to Liverpool, Manchester, and Leeds in September.

The boys musical influences range from Oasis, and The Brian Jones Town Massacre and from Pink Floyd to Weekend Offender

The singing together enriches the narrative texts that are brought with full conviction. Expect the music to be a vintage sound with pop elements that is brought to live with a lot of fun
