The story of Heights Meditation is the story of a group of serious musicians with ambition. A group of friends with a passion. The sum of diversity, spontanuity and professionalism, which was awarded, by winning the Benelux Reggae Contest in 2015!
To say these musicians bring out the best in eachother is an understatement. This productive collaboration resulted in the release of the record The System, with a solid mix of mellow and up-tempo tracks. Their shows in pubs, venues and festival like Zwarte Cross, Reggae Geel (Belgium), Rastaplas, Kwaku Festival (Amsterdam), Reuring aan Zee (Katwijk, South-Holland), TivoliVredenburg (Utrecht), Woodstock (Bloemendaal), Patronaat (Haarlem) and many others, were a huge success without exception. It should come as no surprise then, that the name of Heights Meditation is growing ever bigger. The band has become somewhat of a householde name in the local reggae scene.
