De Cassetteband
More details

Songs you hoped never to hear again, and classics you forgot the title of, but know like the back of your hand nevertheless. We don’t know any of those.

De Cassetteband, formerly known as De Boot Gemist, formerly known as De Roestige Spijkers, formerly known as De Timmermannen is back from never being gone at all. The band plays songs from back in the day and now. As long as you can recognize them after exactly ten seconds. And just like a real cassette tape, sometimes they go on the blink and it usually takes a little time before they start the second half. Bob Wiebes, Celeste Stroganovski, Marnix La Gro, Michiel Hoffman and Tim van Hardeveld form this new band from Haarlem. After some changes in personnel, De Cassetteband has now a fixed line-up. The repertoire consists of forgotten gems by artists like Tina Turner, Phil Collins, The Darkness, Lionel Richie and Hans de Booij. Guaranteed to make you dance!

De Grens
More details

De Grens is a rock coverband from the Nijmegen region, active since the end of 2013. The band plays Rock and Pop in the broadest and best sense of the word, from the 70's until now: from Herman Brood till Lenny Kravitz, or Queens of the Stone Age till Coldplay, from Pearl Jam till The Black Keys and Rage Against the Machine till U2. The five musicians previously played in various other bands and projects. They make music with passion and pleasure and play songs that both themselves and the audience will love.

The border consists of a lead singer, rhythm guitarist/vocalist, bass player, solo guitarist and drummer. The band is always looking for the limits of the cover repertoire and gives it its own twist. The gentlemen like to set the bar high considering their motto Real Rock Music!
