The music of these five men from Tilburg/Breda/R'dam (The Netherlands) comprises a wide variety of beautifully completed melodic guitarpop songs that each tell an own story. Sometimes lively, sometimes melancholic, but fascinating in both the small and the large. Lyrically, fragile, always brought with full dedication and energy that is contagious on everyone who beholds them. The band is unique in its kind, due to the powerful voice of the singer and fretless bass sound of the bass player (ex - Jane Doe).
During live performances at the 3FM shows 'Nachtegiel' and 'Ekdom in de nacht' Awash was compared with bands as Editors, Racoon and REM, but the strong unique sound is preserved. In 2011 the EP 'Inner Drive' came out and received rave reviews. "...the drive of this second ep suggests that there are a lot of beautiful things about to happen. That can hardly go unnoticed, because Awash, with this repertoire and this sound, is just too good for that. " (source : musicfrom.nl )
In 2013 Awash meets and exceeds these expectations with the debut album 'Turn The Lights', released on Record Store Day. The album 'Turn The Lights' can be seen as a diary, numbers written in the train, thoughts on the way to a destination. A search for happiness...
The fanatical drive to make music brought Awash already at various festivals and larger Dutch music venues such as 013, Mezz, Lakei and Bibelot; and as a support act for James Walsh and Krystl. They shared their passion for more than 200 times with the audience in the most unusual places. This has already led to many memorable experiences, of which hopefully many will follow.
BACHE is an acoustic duo based in Cornwall, regularly gigging with a full band lineup. The band features the bands namesake, Andrew Bache, on guitar & vocals and features Phil Brown on percussion. They are known for their upbeat and fun stage presence and their ability to have a room up on their feet and singing along to songs they have never heard before as well as putting their own spin on well known songs. Their rapport with audiences is what they are remembered for alongside their quirky, fun & often meaningful lyrics.
BACHE write songs about things that we all think and feel but don't always say out loud. Whether this is through upbeat lighthearted songs, about the things you would like to say to that friend who 'is a bit of a dick' or why you shouldn't talk your ex, to slower more heartfelt songs, about love that's lost and raising a glass to the future, the lyrics all have a relatable and meaningful story.
They receive regular airplay on local radio stations including a number of songs played on BBC Introducing with their charity Christmas single 'There's No L in Christmas' receiving national airplay on the Mark Forrest show.
BACHE spend most of their time on the road gigging up and down the county playing pubs, clubs, festivals, private functions and have several residencies.

BAKKELIET was born in a tiny village on the Dutch/Belgian border. Calling them a coverband is almost dishonoring for these 5 men. Bakkeliet is so much more than that. A more than excellent band with a singer with a towering charm and a voice like a clock and you get the ideal recipe for a night never to forget.
This band plays flawlessly on the public, with covers that go from Kensington to the Foo Fighters to return to BZB or Dutch DJ Armin van Buuren. After having played literally in every place in their close environment they decided to conquer the ' Clash of the Cover bands '.. and how! After the first regional trophy in house was won, the figurative icing on the cake followed a few months later with the victory of "best cover band in the Benelux".
The future for this level-headed boys is bright. the Netherlands will find out how this band can catch you off guard with their energy. You don't see or hear Bakkelie... you experience it!
